I understand that the DISC II Temperament Analysis is not a diagnostic or clinical test, it is an educational instrument that will identify my natural tendencies, traits, behavioral style, or temperament blend. The results will be a profile summary of what I have reported about myself. I understand that it is not the intent of this instrument to make character assessment nor will it be used for that purpose. In using the DISC II Temperament Assessment I agree not to hold the author responsible for the use or misuse of this instrument or the results. In the use of this instrument I hereby releases the author, of, but not limited to, claims, demands for negligence, mental anguish, invasion of privacy, defamation and exemplary damages. By taking the instrument I acknowledge that I have read this statement and agree fully to its content.

This is what the individual needs in order to function at their best.

This is what the individual is most concerned about.

This is how the individual tends to behave under stress.

Impact Upon Others

This is how the individual influences others.

Traits Needed For Balance
This is what the individual needs in order to be more effective.

How To Approach
The individual responds the best when these things are done.
