The Personal Profile System DiSC User Guide is a 69 page manual divided into three major sections: Administering the DiSC, Interpreting the DiSC and Verifying the DiSC. There is also a section on Business Dynamics.

This comprehensive manual is the results of using the DiSC instrument since the mid 1970’s. First, I explain how to administer the instrument to get the most effective results. Second, I explain what the position of the plotting points mean within each graph and from graph to graph. Third, I explain how to verify the results of the instrument.
